These terms describe the basic conditions for using wonkla. websites and services. They should be read together with any service agreement or order accepted between wonkla. and a client.

service use.

Services must be used for lawful business activity. wonkla. may suspend or terminate access where the service is used for unlawful, malicious or abusive activity.

service availability.

Hosting is operated from the infrastructure available to wonkla. at the time of service. Any uptime commitment or limitation of liability is governed by the applicable client agreement.

intellectual property.

Client and wonkla. ownership of designs, code, content and other deliverables is governed by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.

liability.

Nothing on this page replaces the terms of a signed service agreement. To the extent permitted by law, wonkla. is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from a client’s use of a service.
